The area surrounding Lake Como offers authentic gastronomic gems, sometimes overlooked. For us, starting from nature, land and ingredients means passionately celebrating the identity of the place that hosts us.
Typical lakeside ingredients, such as perch, whitefish, and freshwater crayfish, are paired with products from the forests and Alpine valleys surrounding the lake, in a constant dialogue between land and water. In this splendid region, every meal becomes a unique experience, where the beauty of the landscape is reflected in the flavours of the dishes.

Raw material

Special attention is paid to the selection of raw materials: our menu varies seasonally and reflects the availability of produce and nature.
The territory—Larian and Alpine on a larger scale—offers us products from the high mountains and the lake, from the woods and the streams, but also with a Mediterranean appeal thanks to some microclimates on the lakeshores. The Chef personally picks the wild herbs that you will find in many of the menu items.
